Description

Octo and Quarto call recorders are your automatic solution for capturing telephone and radio conversations. These cutting-edge devices capture the entire dialogue and log crucial details such as external phone numbers, precise date and time stamps, and call duration. With a vast storage capacity of up to 20,700 hours, you can effortlessly retrieve and review calls through the recorder’s intuitive keyboard or via network access. Moreover, these recorders come equipped with a built-in CD recorder, ensuring secure backups of all recordings that can be easily played on any PC.

Tailored Channel Configuration:

Each channel on the unit can be individually configured to suit your recording needs. The Call Recorder Octo/Quarto is the ultimate solution for combined source recording, allowing versatile options such as recording two telephone lines, one transceiver, and a microphone with a single Quarto 4-channel unit. Notably, these units introduce a unique “conference” recording mode, enabling them to facilitate 2 or 3-way conferences on the PBX linked to analogue extensions while capturing all communications on these lines. Another innovative feature allows these recorders to function as a multichannel answering machine.

Both the Octo and Quarto can be configured to connect before the PBX or between the PBX and the phones.

Ensure Recording Security:

To fortify your recording security, the Call Recorder Octo/Quarto includes an IC Card reader compatible with CryptoCards (available as an option). Using the CryptoCard, you can encrypt your recordings, rendering them inaccessible without the corresponding CryptoCard and pin code. This professional approach not only safeguards your calls but also upholds the privacy of all parties involved.
