V-Archive: Your Central Hub for Audio Recordings
The V-Archive software, compatible with V-Mic and other Vidicode UK products like V-Tap and Apresa serves as your centralised recording database. Offering a comprehensive database and search function, V-Archive ensures easy retrieval based on properties such as date, time, duration, direction, and telephone number.
V-Archive Features:
- Import recordings from V-Mic and other Vidicode UK products
- Database with sorting and search functionalities
- Recording files in GSM or G.711 format for universal playback
- Attach names to telephone numbers for easy identification

When network enabled the V-Mic stores recorded meetings on an SD card and sends them via the network/Wi-Fi connection to a PC or a central APRESA archive.

Recordings stored in V-Archive can be transcribed using VoiceCrunch, our online speech analytics service that analyses audio and creates text. The transcribed text seamlessly integrates into V-Archive’s Notes field, allowing for easy searchability within the software.
