Retell enjoyed success with their Sense and Sense Call Analyser call recording system offering a high level of support which Vidicode UK will continue. Former Retell and ASC call recording employees have joined forces with us to provide first-class support and innovative, cost-effective call recording solutions. Whilst we continue to support Retell Sense customers, we also offer compliant call recording solutions to ensure GDPR, FCA MiFID, PCI DSS, Dodd-Frank and other regulatory requirements are met.
Everything is great so far, I have shown the managers how to remotely access and export calls! So far, very cool! Thank you, and everyone for your help!

Vidicode UK offers a range of options from a single desk to multiple sites. Our enterprise call recording system, Apresa, offers multiple user features as standard. These include integrated screen recording and pause record for charge card payments. Live wallboards, Agent Evaluation (scoring) and Speech Analysis are available as options. A high level of compatibility is assured with hosted on-site phone systems including Panasonic, Mitel, Unify, NEC and others as well as IP platforms, 3CX, Virtual, AWS, Teams and Azure environments.
